NYD hike 2012
This hike was 2012's entry in the annual New Year's Day hike history. We walked a road up out of Somersett to the west ridge of Peavine Mountain and returned, all in less than 4 hours. Notable was the fact that there was no snow on Peavine, nor almost anywhere on the Sierra Nevada that we could see. | 01-01-2012
